The sky is your limitPay Rate: $26.83-$33.54 USD hourly Job Description Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, the Turndown Attendant is responsible for providing evening housekeeping services that enhance guest comfort and create a relaxing, welcoming environment. This role focuses on preparing guest rooms for the evening, ensuring cleanliness, ambiance, and attention to detail in line with luxury service standards. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to guestsPerform evening turndown service in assigned guest rooms and suites in accordance with hotel standardsPrepare rooms for the evening by:Turning down beds and refreshing linens as neededAdjusting lighting, closing curtains, and creating a comfortable ambianceRefreshing towels, toiletries, and in-room amenitiesLightly clean and tidy guest rooms, including:Removing trash and used itemsStraightening furniture and guest belongings as appropriateWiping surfaces and refreshing bathroomsReplenish water, amenities, and any in-room offerings as requiredEnsure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly during service hoursInspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of all itemsReport maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptlyRespect guest privacy and follow all security and confidentiality proceduresMaintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and service areas in a clean and organized mannerFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper use of cleaning productsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding room status and guest needsAssist with special requests or additional evening services as required Qualifications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.Excellent communication and guest service skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently, especially during evening shifts.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.Ability to bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently.Ability to push and pull housekeeping equipment, such as tables and carts, weighing up to 100 pounds.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement.
