Turnaround Site Team Lead
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Date, Location, Req ID, Company: minor metadata, can be folded into a short
or drop. Probably include a short paragraph with date, location, company. - Description: paragraph about company purpose. That's "About the role"? Actually description is about company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we must use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. "General Purpose of Job" and "Prioritized Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities" etc. That's responsibilities. "Education / Experience / Skills Requirements" includes requirements, qualifications, skills. "What do we offer?" includes benefits. No explicit Pay or Schedule mentioned. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. We need sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. But we must avoid duplication. The posting includes "Education / Experience / Skills Requirements" which lumps education, experience, skills. We could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (specific skills). Also Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements. But we should not create thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings list includes both Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide based on content. We have: - Education / Experience / Skills Requirements: HS Diploma or Equiv AND Minimum of 5 years of experience working in turnarounds, construction, maintenance or operations at a refinery or petrochemical facility. Previous experience in field construction, pipefitting, and/or welding. Experience managing or leading construction projects and Turnarounds. That's experience/education requirements. - Specific Skills And Knowledge: Must have proficiency with SAP, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office programs; Good working knowledge of industry standard scheduling programs: Primavera P6, MS Project; Must have proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs (duplicate). Knowledge of project cost and scheduling control; Knowledge of vendor management and vendor controls; Able to monitor contractor’s QA/QC performance; Must possess knowledge and understanding of environmental requirements, construction practices/techniques, construction contracting and project controls and scheduling. Strong knowledge of engineering and construction standards, materials, and companies/vendors processes. Demonstrated knowledge of industry safety standards and applicable laws. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and project plans. Detailed knowledge of environmental and safety matters as they relate to the refining/chemical/petrochemical industry. Must be detail oriented and analytical. Self-starter with proven leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to align with the strategic direction of the company. Demonstrated project management skills. Strong negotiation skills. Team player with demonstrated ability to influence and manage a team to get results. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. That's skills. Thus we can have: - Requirements: Education and Experience (HS diploma, 5 years experience, etc.) - Skills: list of specific skills. Qualifications maybe could be merged with Requirements, but we have both headings; we could put qualifications same as requirements? But we should not create thin sections. Perhaps we can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section labeled "Requirements" and omit Qualifications heading. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't say we must use all headings; we can omit sections if no content. So we can omit Qualifications if we think its content overlaps with Requirements and we already covered. But we might risk missing some content if we don't have a Qualifications section. However the posting's "Education / Experience / Skills Requirements" could be considered both Requirements and Qualifications. But we can put all that under Requirements. Then Skills separate. Thus sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (General Purpose of Job + Prioritized Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities), Requirements (Education/Experience), Skills (Specific Skills And Knowledge), Benefits (What do we offer?). We must not include Pay or Schedule. Now we need to format. Use
for each section heading. Inside each section, use
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details verbatim (or close). We must not add extra info.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "We comply with and use E-Verify and Right to Work. Indorama Ventures Intermediate Chemicals is an equal opportunity employer..." That's boilerplate; remove.
Also duplicated lines: The Execution Phase Responsibilities section appears duplicated (the same paragraph repeated twice). We need to deduplicate: keep only one instance.
Also there is some duplicated sentences within responsibilities (like "Ensure seamless plan from Pre-TAR to Pre-Shutdown to Shutdown; ..." appears twice). We'll need to deduplicate but preserve meaning. We should output each unique bullet/responsibility only once.
We need to extract responsibilities list.
Let's parse responsibilities:

Note there is duplication of some bullets (like "Ensure the communication plan for the turnaround is in place; including meeting plan, documentation management and training." appears twice). We'll deduplicate.
Now we need to output as
- list.
We should preserve the exact phrasing as much as possible.
Now About the role: The description paragraph: “Have you ever thought about being part of a company that reimagines chemistry every day to build a better world? We can put that in a
. Now Requirements: Education / Experience / Skills Requirements (but we will separate skills). So Requirements paragraph: "HS Diploma or Equiv AND Minimum of 5 years of experience working in turnarounds, construction, maintenance or operations at a refinery or petrochemical facility. Previous experience in field construction, pipefitting, and/or welding. Experience managing or leading construction projects and Turnarounds." We could make a
- list for each bullet.
Now Skills: Specific Skills And Knowledge list.
We need to capture each bullet.
Let's list them:
- Must have a level of proficiency with SAP, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office programs

- list.
We should preserve the exact phrasing as much as possible.
