Responsibilities
- Furniture Installation – lifting and assembling furniture, cleaning up after installation
- Groundskeeping – picking up trash, landscaping, walking hallways and common areas, emptying trash bins
- Housekeeping – sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down common areas and fitness equipment, cleaning offices and bathrooms, floor treatments, shampooing carpets
- Maintenance Assistance – helping with punch lists, minor repairs, major repairs, painting, preventative maintenance projects
- Move-in Day Assistance – assisting residents and families with moving in, interacting professionally with customers
Requirements
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more and operate smaller tools like allen wrenches.
