Turn Team Member

Responsibilities

• Furniture Installation – lifting and assembling furniture, cleaning up afterwards.
• Groundskeeping – picking up trash, landscaping, walking hallways, emptying bins.
• Housekeeping – sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, treating floors, shampooing carpets.
• Maintenance Assistance – helping with punch lists, minor repairs, major projects, preventative maintenance.
• Move-in Day Assistance – assisting residents with unpacking, being professional and respectful.

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and operate small tools.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and their families.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and groundskeeping tasks.
• Understanding of basic maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in similar roles preferred.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

Pursuant to CA regulations, if this job is performed in CA, the salary range is $16.75-$17.75 per hour plus bonus potential.

Schedule

The student housing turn typically lasts 10-21 days.
