Turn Team Member

Responsibilities

• Furniture Installation – lifting and assembling furniture, cleaning up after installation.
• Groundskeeping – maintaining outdoor spaces, including trash pickup, landscaping, and bin emptying.
• Housekeeping – cleaning floors, common areas, and facilities.
• Mover-in Day Assistance – helping residents move in, ensuring personal items are safe.
• Maintenance Assistance – assisting with various maintenance tasks, from small repairs to large projects.

Requirements

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and operate smaller tools like allen wrenches.

Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Ability to interact professionally with residents and their families.

Basic computer skills for managing tasks and communicating with supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in customer service or similar roles preferred.

Previous experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay

Pursuant to CA regulations, the salary range is $17.75 - $19.75 per hour, plus bonus potential.
