Responsibilities
- Furniture Installation – lifting and assembling furniture, cleaning up after installation.
- Groundskeeping – picking up trash, landscaping, walking hallways and common areas, emptying trash bins.
- Housekeeping – sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down common areas and fitness equipment, cleaning offices and bathrooms, floor treatments, shampooing carpets.
- Maintenance Assistance – helping with punch lists, minor repairs, major repairs, painting, preventative maintenance projects.
- Move-in Day Assistance – assisting residents with moving in, handling personal items carefully, interacting professionally with residents and guests.
Requirements
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more and operate smaller tools like allen wrenches for assembling furniture.
Must be able to interact with residents and guests in a friendly and respectful manner, reporting any incidents or complaints to the Community Manager immediately.
Necessary equipment will be provided by the onsite manager, including safety gear appropriate for outdoor work.
