Turn Team Member

Responsibilities

• Furniture Installation – lifting and assembling furniture, cleaning up after installation.
• Groundskeeping – picking up trash, landscaping, walking hallways and common areas, emptying trash bins.
• Housekeeping – sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down common areas and fitness equipment, cleaning offices and bathrooms, floor treatments, shampooing carpets.
• Maintenance Assistance – helping with punch lists, minor repairs, major repairs, painting, preventative maintenance projects.
• Move-in Day Assistance – assisting residents and families with moving in, handling personal items carefully, interacting professionally with customers.

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Operate smaller tools like allen wrenches.
• Ability to interact with residents and customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Reporting any incidences or complaints to the Community Manager.
