Responsibilities
- Furniture Installation – lifting and assembling furniture, cleaning up afterward.
- Groundskeeping – maintaining outdoor spaces, including trash pickup, landscaping, and bin emptying.
- Housekeeping – cleaning common areas and facilities, including floors, bathrooms, and fitness equipment.
- Maintenance Assistance – helping with minor to major repairs, preventive maintenance, and painting.
- Move-in Day Assistance – assisting residents with unpacking and setting up their new homes.
Qualifications
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and operate small tools like allen wrenches.
Experience with basic maintenance tasks and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
Proficiency with standard office equipment.
Skills

Pay
Pursuant to CA regulations, if this job is performed in CA, the salary range is $17.25 - $19.25 plus bonus potential.
