Turn Team Member

Responsibilities

• Furniture Installation – lifting and assembling furniture, cleaning up after installation.
• Groundskeeping – picking up trash, landscaping, walking hallways and common areas, emptying trash bins.
• Housekeeping – sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down common areas and fitness equipment, cleaning offices and bathrooms, floor treatments, shampooing carpets.
• Maintenance Assistance – helping with punch lists, minor repairs, major repairs, painting, preventative maintenance projects.
• Move-in Day Assistance – assisting residents and families with moving in, handling personal items carefully, interacting professionally with customers.

Requirements

Physically able to lift 50 pounds or more and operate smaller tools like allen wrenches for assembling furniture.

Necessary equipment will be provided by the onsite manager.

Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds.
