Turn Team Member

Responsibilities

• Furniture Installation – lifting and assembling furniture, cleaning up after installation
• Groundskeeping – picking up trash, landscaping, walking hallways and common areas, emptying trash bins
• Housekeeping – sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down common areas and fitness equipment, cleaning offices and bathrooms, floor treatments, shampooing carpets
• Maintenance Assistance – helping with punch lists, minor repairs, major repairs, painting, preventative maintenance projects
• Move-in Day Assistance – assisting residents with moving in, handling personal items carefully, interacting professionally with residents and guests

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more and operate small tools
• Ability to interact with residents and guests in a friendly and respectful manner
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures
• Proficiency with standard office equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
