About the role
The University of Georgia seeks a Turfgrass Field Assistant to support field research trials on the UGA Griffin Campus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with field research trials (10%)
- Research plot maintenance including mowing turf plots and assisting in other research plot areas as assigned by supervisor (90%)
Requirements
At least three years of high school or High School Graduate is preferred.
Some experience in field work, such as mowers, plots, etc.
Work outdoors in heat and lift up to 50 lbs. Driving as needed for job duties.
