About the role
This is an On-Site Full-Time Hourly Employment in the Turbocharger Department - Teardown.
Responsibilities
- Disassembling, assembling, cleaning, and preparing turbo charger components
- Packaging and preparing turbochargers for shipment per customer specifications
- Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions
- Collaborating with team to meet daily production and delivery goals
- Maintaining safety standards, using PPE, and keeping workspace clean and organized
- Crosstraining across functions as needed
- Representing the company professionally and performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Self-motivated, problem solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math, English reading/writing, using computers & tech tools
Qualifications
- Wear PPE as required
- Physically capable of bending, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to perform fine motor tasks
- Able to hear and respond to sounds in a noisy environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
