Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of hourly associates in safety, quality, delivery, and cost including daily management and execution of production schedules.
- Solve safety and quality concerns to find resolution.
- Timely and accurately complete time and attendance for associates.
- Complete probationary reviews for associates that are within their first year.
- Operate autonomously on second shift to make decisions about the shift and next steps.
- Escalate issues and communicate with next shifts on completed and upcoming work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Assembly
- 1 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or assembly
Desired Characteristics
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence a team and articulate plans for the shift
- Ability to document, plan, and execute production schedule
- Previous people leadership experience of at least 2 years
Eligibility Requirements
- Must work 100% onsite at the Greenville, SC manufacturing facility
- Able to work 3rd shift schedule: 10:30pm until 7:30am
