Essential Position Responsibilities
- Produce cooked meat chunks of blended meats that are the proper size with a firm texture by the removing of air, creating an emulsion, cooking a thin sheet, and cutting to the desired size a batch of blended meats.
- Accomplish room start-up procedures.
- Fill product line to extruder.
- Fill Extruder until even product flow.
- Adjust steam tunnel to target product temperature.
- (CP) Adjust cutter to produce target product length.
- Record all measurement on batch sheet.
