Material Handler/Crane Operator - Days

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Material Handler / Overhead Crane Operator. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials using overhead cranes and other equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes to move, lift, and position materials as required.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and material handling.
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled and equipment used.
• Keep a clean and safe working station complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Material Handler or Crane Operator required.
• Valid overhead crane operator certification required.
• Forklift and Crane experience.
• Inventory Operations and Stock Control experience.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work scheduled hours.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
