Schedule

  • Seasonal work from the end of November / beginning of December through the season

As a Tube Attendant, you'll be at the heart of our mountain operations, assisting at the tubing hill, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who love the outdoors and have a passion for exceptional guest service. Don't worry if you're new to the role—we provide all the training you need. Responsibilities

  • Verify tickets, assist guests on and off lifts, and ensure they have proper safety equipment
  • Provide information and answer questions with a friendly attitude
  • Monitor guests during loading/unloading, operate lift controls, and test safety switches
  • Report any issues to lift mechanics and assist with daily equipment checks
  • Keep lift and surrounding areas clean, clear snow from ramps, and ensure an orderly environment
  • Handle ticketing and pass checks politely and look for counterfeit tickets
  • Greet guests with a positive attitude, help with lift use, and maintain a professional appearance
  • Log daily actions, monitor machinery, and report unusual weather or conditions
  • Assist with maintenance and collect trash as needed
  • Perform other assigned tasks to support overall lift operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations
