Tuber Roller Weekend shift
Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced Tube Roller to install Fin Tubes and Headers into frames, roll tubes, plug headers, and prepare for Hydro testing.
Responsibilities
- Install Fin Tubes
- Ensure nozzle projections are correct
- Ensure tube projections are correct
- Roll both front and back headers
- Install plugs
- Bolt tube supports
- Square up frames
This position involves safety-sensitive job duties and will be considered a safety-sensitive position for purpose of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (“The Unity Bill.”)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Prior tube rolling experience preferred
- Assembly experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk, reach, ascend/descend ladders, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to commute to Tulsa, OK 74117
Work Environment
Non-temperature-controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles typically associated with metal fabrication shops. All employees are required to wear personal protective equipment, including noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA-compliant safety boots/shoes. Paint masks or respirators may be required when necessary.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with primary hours of Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekday work may be required as job duties demand.
