Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a secure environment within transit facilities.
• Interact with employees, contractors, customers, and visitors to ensure safety and compliance with security protocols.
• Participate in regular training sessions provided by the Transit Police Unit (TPU).
• Support TPU in conducting routine patrols and responding to emergencies as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Pass a physical fitness test.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of security procedures and practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
