About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager. You will lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project success while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Oversee project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and reporting findings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of construction or engineering standards and regulations.
  • Experience with contract negotiations and procurement processes.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
