Key Responsibility
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for the Small Appliance category
- Monitor branch-wise sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity
- Ensure proper stock allocation and availability across all assigned branches
- Track and manage ageing stock (60 days – borderline & 90 days – dead stock) and take corrective actions
- Cook with the purchase team for stock replenishment and liquidation planning
- Conduct regular store visits to review merchandising, display standards, and team performance
- Support and guide store staff to improve product knowledge and conversion rates
- Work closely with brand representatives for promotions, schemes, and sell-out activities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the territory
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics or small appliances
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
