About the role

Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) position based in Bremerton, WA. This is a remote role requiring travel to store locations across the assigned territory. Candidates must reside in or be willing to commute to the following zip codes: 98110, 98310, 98311, 98312, 98320, 98325, 98329, 98332, 98333, 98335, 98337, 98339, 98346, 98349, 98359, 98365, 98366, 98367, 98368, 98370, 98376, 98380, 98383, 98392, 98524, 98528. Schedule

• Continuous Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week
• Average 6–10+ accounts visited per day
• Flexible scheduling based on personal needs, territory needs, and store decision-maker availability
• Workday must overlap core hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, unless business needs require otherwise

Pay

• Hourly starting rate: $21.80–$22.80 per hour (varies by skill, experience, and geographic location)
• Mileage reimbursed at 62¢ per mile for business travel
• No car allowance provided

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey items in assigned territory
• Execute Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) flawlessly across various retailers
• Achieve merchandising objectives through effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other approved display vehicles
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory
• Report daily activities via tablet, submitting upon completion of each day
• Manage sales territory (size, retailer count, and location vary by assignment)

Requirements

• Valid U.S. state-issued driver’s license
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition
• Personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage; policy must permit business use
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the territory boundaries listed above
• Ability to drive long distances and make multiple sales calls daily
• Ability to lift 10–40 lbs regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Proficiency with tablet technology
• Daily access to wireless internet
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage
• Availability to work 20–25 hours per week

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience: 3–4 years food merchandising preferred but not required
