TS / SCI cleared Network Technician

About the role

The Network Technician will be supporting an enterprise task order providing global secure voice, video and data communications for the command and control structure of the US Armed Forces.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day troubleshooting of the customer's Juniper, Cisco and SolarWinds environment.
• Provide ticket support and troubleshooting around Juniper and Cisco route / switch and SolarWinds.
• Support trouble tickets using ServiceNow.
• Perform LAN troubleshooting.
• Work a flexible shift schedule with rotating shifts including:
• 7 am – 3 pm CST
• 3 pm – 11 pm CST
• 11 pm – 7 am CST

Requirements

• Candidates must have an active TS / SCI clearance.
• At least 3 years of overall experience, preferably with 2 of those years working as a Network Technician / Admin.
• Experience with ServiceNow to support trouble tickets.
• LAN troubleshooting experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule with rotating shifts to include:
• 7 am – 3 pm CST
• 3 pm – 11 pm CST
• 11 pm – 7 am CST

Skills

• Experience troubleshooting Oracle SBC’s (Session Border Controllers).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification.

Pay

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $38 – 54/hr.

The posted range is an estimate. The actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
