Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, or Private Wealth paralegal experience within a law firm.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and fiduciaries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, probate procedures, trust administration, and estate settlement processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and PDF software.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential financial and personal information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
