A premier, super-regional powerhouse law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded practice group in St. Louis.

The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax law
- Must possess an active Missouri law license (or be eligible for immediate admission)
- Proven experience with federal transfer tax and related income tax matters, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax
- Hands-on experience drafting and implementing core planning documents, including revocable/irrevocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney
- Proficient with advanced estate and tax planning strategies, such as defective grantor trusts, GRATs, installment sales to grantor trusts, and CRTs
- Experience drafting premarital and marital agreements within the framework of wealth preservation
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex tax and legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for clients

Compensation
$165,000 - $200,000 (Base salary, commensurate with experience) + Benefits
