Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare Returns and Estimated Tax Payments
• Tax Analysis
• Tax Research

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience: Internship or co-operative experience in tax or prior public or industry accounting experience preferred
• Certification: Working toward CPA, EA or MBA preferred
• Technical: Knowledge of elementary accounting and tax subject matters; Microsoft Office software proficient; Understanding of tax return preparation software preferred
• Skills: Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work both individually and as a team member; Sound judgment; Apply logical/critical thought process.

Working Conditions

• Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
• Extended viewing of CRT screen.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
