Responsibilities
- Resolve, investigate and analyze simple to complex account inquiries and escalations.
- Complete processing and quality control responsibilities within deadlines.
- Maintain high quality metrics for assigned responsibilities.
- Aid teammates with various inquiries across client/role assignments.
- Flexibly adjust daily to address business needs.
- Act as a liaison between National Advisors Trust and external parties.
- Provide outstanding client service to internal and external clients.
- Effectively use technology and self-service to resolve internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC-related laws and regulations as applicable within the scope of this position.
- Prompt completion of required BSA/AML/OFAC training.
Qualifications
- Bank/Trust operations experience preferred.
- Financial services background preferred.
- Industry knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and unique assets, preferred.
- Motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field; or equivalent work experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Occasionally lifts objects that are 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet.
