Trust Officer

About the role

The Trust Officer will provide relationship management and account administration of Personal Trust (PT) portfolio in accordance with governing documents, Wealth Management Group (WMG) policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. They will also coordinate services of asset experts, including but not limited to investment officers, real estate officers, tax managers and insurance experts.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship management and account administration of Personal Trust (PT) portfolio in accordance with governing documents, Wealth Management Group (WMG) policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Carefully coordinate services of asset experts, including but not limited to investment officers, real estate officers, tax managers and insurance experts.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have: Master’s degree in business or related field, Juris Doctor, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years’ experience in trust administration or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of fiduciary principles and trust administration.
• Proficient in trust related technology and software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Pay

The annual salary range for this role is $73,000 - $96,000/yr; commensurate with experience.
