I can succeed as a Trust Officer at Capital Group.
- You are well versed in the legal aspects of trust administration and explain concepts in a client-friendly manner.
- You specialize in working with existing beneficiaries and trustors.
- You will be responsible for managing a book of complex fiduciary relationships and delivering high quality fiduciary services.
- You will build and maintain relationships throughout our firm, while working in a collaborative manner.

- You have a passion for trust administration and are comfortable mentoring less experienced associates.
- You thrive in an evolving environment and are comfortable contributing at all levels.
- You are motivated by deep fiduciary analysis and complex trust administration, with less emphasis on business development.
- You are known as an “expert” when it comes to trusts, which includes talking about trust creation and detailing available services.
- You have experience working with a Trust Committee.
- You anticipate the needs of clients, beneficiaries and business partners.
- You actively seek ways to provide better service.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of fiduciary or trust administration experience.

Reno Base Salary Range: $111,153-$177,845
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
