Trust & Estates Paralegal

About the role

Robert Half is partnering with a national law firm seeking a Trust & Estates Paralegal for its Tampa, Florida office. This full-time, hybrid role supports a busy Private Client / Wealth Planning practice and requires 3+ years of Trusts & Estates experience, including probate work.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents
• Assist with trust and estate administration, including probate filings, asset inventories, and preparation of accountings and correspondence
• Assist in preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trusts & estates, private client, or wealth planning preferred
• Associate's Degree, Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
