A Trust & Estates Litigation Associate position is available at a full-service business law firm based in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Trust & Estate litigation, strong analytical, negotiation, consulting, and communication skills, an excellent reputation for integrity and collegiality, and a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with active membership in the State Bar of California.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning and trust administration issues
- Represent clients in probate and trust litigation
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Trust & Estate litigation
- Strong analytical, negotiation, consulting, and communication skills
- Excellent reputation for integrity and collegiality among both bench and bar
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
