Trust Engagement - Senior Manager (US)

For our client, we are seeking a Trust Engagement - Senior Manager (US) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a high-impact trust and security engagement function, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and strengthen customer confidence. The position combines team leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across security, compliance, and legal stakeholders. It will also serve as a key escalation point for strategic and enterprise customers while supporting executive-level trust conversations and agreement negotiations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $221,400 – $289,050 annually Responsibilities Provide leadership and mentorship to the Trust Engagement team, promoting a culture of excellence. Contribute to strategic planning with senior leadership to align Trust Engagement objectives with company goals. Drive process improvements and enhance scalability of Trust Engagement programs. Collaborate with security, compliance, and legal teams on strategic initiatives to achieve customer trust outcomes. Act as the main contact for strategic and enterprise customer escalations, ensuring timely resolutions. Present the company's trust strategy during executive briefings and customer engagements. Assist in negotiations of security and compliance terms for customer agreements. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in management roles within Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance domains. Proven track record in mentoring high-performing teams and fostering excellence. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change in security and compliance practices. Experience in scaling trust and security practices across large organizations. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance team efficiency and workflows. Knowledge of compliance certifications such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS. Experience with Regulatory Compliance, Global Privacy Programs, and Cloud Security.
