About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Trust Risk to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead the Trust Risk program, with a focus on strengthening security, privacy, resilience, and responsible AI risk practices across the organization. You will shape multi-year plans and operating rhythms that align risk management efforts with business priorities in a fast-moving technology environment. The position also calls for close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to modernize risk operations, improve accountability, and drive clearer decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage risk expertise to enhance the Trust Risk program
  • Develop and strategize program roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Execute an AI modernization strategy for risk operations
  • Prioritize risk mitigation efforts in collaboration with various teams
  • Establish clear accountability and delivery plans for mitigation initiatives
  • Create effective communication plans for program updates and health
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making in risk management
  • Seek stakeholder feedback to identify and act on program improvements
  • Formulate multi-year operating plans for the Trust Risk function

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in technical risk management within a complex technology organization
  • 4+ years managing teams in a remote or hybrid setup
  • Strong background in one or more Trust domains, including security, privacy, resilience, or responsible AI
  • Experience with AI in risk, compliance, or operational workflows
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001
  • Basic cloud technology understanding, such as AWS or Microsoft
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
