Trust Client Service Associate
To provide support to both our Client Service and Business Development teams in all aspects of Institutional Asset Management and Custody. This role will act as a liaison between both existing external relationships and the organization, as well as internally with Trust Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

- Annual 408(b)2 Disclosures
- Quarterly Performance Statements
- Performance & Data Analytics
- Compute and validate monthly returns for investment products utilizing Maintain Investment Performance and Analytics Systems
- Evaluate and analyze data, check for discrepancies, investigate, make recommendations, and correct accordingly
- Analysis & Reconciliation of Commingled & Separate Accounts
- Ensure investment performance reporting is in compliance with GIPS Standards
- Alternatives
- Ensure accuracy of Alternative assets are properly allocated to client portfolios
- Migration to AI Platform (Canoe) is acceptable to clients/consultants
- Performance Calculation Transition management from historical platform to new technology
- Leverage custody information for Asset Allocation reporting
- Analyze strategy gaps for expansion of AMAL product offerings & develop recommendations, presenting findings to leadership, and driving implementation efforts
- Client Service Support
- Assist in the management of select client relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues
- Lead initiatives to improve asset management and custody processes and drive implementation efforts across departments
- Exercise discretion in resolving client, operational, and performance-reporting issues with appropriate supervision
- Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Review and approve work products, analyses, or client deliverables prepared by other team members
- Make recommendations to leadership regarding process improvements, technology enhancements, client service strategies, and operational efficiencies
- Serve as a relationship manager for assigned institutional clients and independently resolve complex service, operational, and reporting matters
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of quarterly invoice generation and fee payment collection
- Reconciliation of General Ledger and coordinate with Controller on any revenue model adjustments
- Maintenance of Client Web-based Portal
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of directly related experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Investment Management and Custody Services
- Enthusiasm for technology and process enhancement
- Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management and to manage multiple tasks and projects
Pay
The starting base salary for this role is between $70,000 – $80,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
Schedule
Hybrid Work Model: Effective February 18, 2025, employees in office-based positions will be working a Hybrid work schedule consisting of three days or more, on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
