Core Responsibilities
- Execute and track daily transactions, including deposits, distributions, wire transfers, and bill payments.
- Maintain fiduciary account records, ensuring account documents and customer details are updated accurately in the system.
- Act as a liaison between trust, internal partners, and clients, handling phone and in-person inquiries.
- Afford assistance in verifying that trust activities meet internal controls and legal/tax regulatory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, balance daily accounts, and generate statements for management and clients.
Typical Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1-3 years in banking, trust operations, stock transfer -reorganization or a professional financial services environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with MS Excel, high attention to detail for handling transactions, and excellent organizational skills.
