Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents that align with clients’ objectives.
- Counsel clients on probate and trust administration matters.
- Aid with wealth transfer, tax planning, and business succession planning.
- Build and maintain client relationships, delivering clear and empathetic guidance through complex decisions.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
- Minimum of 7 years of estate planning experience and/or three years of high net worth planning experience.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and sensitivity to client needs.
- Commitment to excellent client service and professional integrity.
