Responsibilities
- Support the administration of trust and fiduciary accounts according to governing documents and internal procedures
- Respond to client service requests and account-related inquiries
- Cook up distributions, transfers, account reviews, and related documentation accurately and on time
- Prepare client materials and support ongoing advisor and client relationships
- Maintain account activity, keep accurate records, and assist with compliance and audit reviews
- Partner with advisors and internal team members to deliver a high-quality client experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Investments, or a related field preferred
- Two or more years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, wealth management, or investment administration preferred

Pay
Negotiable based on level of experience between $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
