Truss Assembly / Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Truss Fabricator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, staying busy, and taking pride in completing tasks. If you are a team player willing to learn and comfortable operating equipment, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Place truss pieces, chords, webs, and plates in appropriate positions.
• Set plates securely before pressing.
• Assist in pushing or pulling trusses from the press.
• Maintain a clean work area to avoid hazards from scrap material.
• Lift up to 75 lbs as required.
• Communicate effectively with other Truss Assemblers to ensure a cohesive and productive team.
• Follow safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Unload, label, and band trusses.
• Use forklifts to move and load lumber.
• Utilize hammers and saws to cut and connect parts.
• Verify lumber dimensions for accuracy and proper assembly.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to relocate to Browns Valley, MN 56219 before starting work (required).
• Comfortable working with tools and driving equipment.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
