Truss Assembly / Warehouse

Hansen Pole Buildings, LLC is an iconic brand and market leader in the post frame building industry, seeking a motivated Truss Fabricator to join our team in Browns Valley, MN.

About the role

As a Truss Fabricator/Assembler, you will work with your hands in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the construction of truss systems for pole building kits.

Responsibilities

• Place truss pieces, chords, webs, and plates in the appropriate position.
• Set plates securely in advance of the pressing operation.
• Assist in pushing or pulling trusses from the press.
• Clean up the work area regularly to avoid hazards from scrap material.
• Maintain good communication with other Truss Assemblers to ensure a cohesive and productive team.
• Learn and apply appropriate safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Unload, label, and band trusses.
• Use forklifts to move and load lumber.
• Utilize hammers and saws to cut and connect parts.
• Verify dimensions of lumber for accuracy and proper assembly.
• Lift up to 75 lbs as required.

Requirements

• No prior experience required—willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with tools and operating equipment.
• Ability to relocate to Browns Valley, MN 56219 before starting work (required).

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Pay

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
