Pay

$30–$33 per hour. Overtime compensation is available where applicable.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with flexibility required for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for job and safety compliance
• Valid state Driver’s License; CDL-A strongly preferred
• Ability to operate fleet equipment, including tractors, trailers, and service vehicles
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Computer experience
• Flexibility to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Frequent climbing (e.g., accessing Thermo-King units)
• Compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Wash exteriors of tractors and interiors of trailers
• Move equipment around the truck yard
• Maintain tractors and Thermo-King units: check oil, wash windows, check tire pressures, and ensure proper fluid levels
• Report service issues to the maintenance shop
• Log assigned jobs in the ShopFax maintenance system
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and government guidelines
• Attend required company meetings and training
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Demonstrate teamwork and communication with co-workers and drivers
