About the Role
As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came.
Responsibilities
- Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions
- Properly write up an ETA Work Order
- Secure Purchase Orders and prepare and communicate quotes to customers
- Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery
- Prepare end of shift drop and shift report
- Understand various payment types
- Ensure the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms
- Maintain the safety of both our customers and team members
- Use strong suggestive selling skills to help generate revenue
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where customer expectations are exceeded
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred
- Strong suggestive selling skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions
- Valid driver’s license

Work Environment
