Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Truck Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will support daily parts operations and ensure both customers and our service department have the parts they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in identifying their parts needs
  • Explain products and services clearly and professionally
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
  • Support the service department by ensuring required parts are on hand
  • Answer phones and assist with service calls as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in parts sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory systems
  • Familiarity with truck or diesel parts is a plus
