Truck Dumper

About the role

Move trucks and trailers around the property and keep raw-material trailers dumped in a safe, timely manner to maintain a consistent flow of material into the facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a steady flow of raw material is dumped to maintain a consistent mix.
• Clean trailer after dumping to meet customer requirements.
• Position each trailer in the holding lot for next-day routes.
• Keep Bartlett lift tractor and dock area clean after dumping.
• Perform general labor tasks related to facility operations.
• Maintain safety as the top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience operating a tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor.
• Basic math skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Occasionally must push, pull, move, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Job functions are carried out in a production facility that may expose the worker to high heat and/or cold temperatures.
