Truck Dumper

Keep raw-material trailers dumped safely and on schedule to maintain a steady flow of material into the production line.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a steady flow of raw material is dumped to maintain a consistent mix.
• Clean trailers after dumping to meet customer specifications.
• Position trailers in the holding lot for next-day routes.
• Clean the Bartlett lift tractor and dock area after each dump cycle.
• Perform general labor tasks related to facility operations.
• Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
• Complete any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience operating a tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Good oral and written communication; ability to follow directions.
• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Physical Demands

• Frequently walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Occasionally push, pull, move, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Production facility with exposure to high heat and/or cold temperatures.
