Truck Driver / Receiving Clerk Full-time
About the role
Responsible for verifying and keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments, loading parts onto trucks for delivery, and transporting them safely. Assists in the shipping and receiving department as needed.
Responsibilities
- Receives pick-up and delivery orders and route instructions.
- Loads all parts on trucks ensuring secure transport.
- Verifies and handles all necessary paperwork for deliveries.
- Drives trucks through various traffic conditions, maintaining safety.
- Notifies supervisor of truck maintenance needs.
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Processes paperwork and verifies quantities using MAPICS.
- Delivers returned parts and associated documents to the bond room.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
