Truck Driver - Level 1

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive a company truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured and balanced.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a safe driving record.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years verifiable tractor trailer driving experience OR 1-3 years of (semi) over the road driving experience (military time applied).
• Must have a valid CDL with X endorsement or Tanker and Hazmat endorsements and be DOT certifiable.
• Verifiable tanker truck driving experience as stated on Military Driver’s License with the ability to obtain required certifications.
• Able to obtain TWIC.
• Able to stay out for approximately 3 to 7 days.
