Truck Driver - Dump Truck/Side Dump
Job Summary
We’re looking to hire a Truck Driver to join our Absolute Group Trucking Division. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of operating experience and a Class A or B CDL with airbrakes.
Responsibilities
- Transport materials to-and-from job sites using dump trucks and side dump trailers
- Think critically and use good judgement in order to detect, minimize and eliminate hazards on construction projects
- Comply with safety and DOT regulations
- Complete continuous training
- Some infrastructure construction projects may require in-state travel and overnight stays
- A typical schedule is Monday-Friday but could vary based on project timelines
- Saturday hours are occasional and based on demand
Requirements
- At least one year of experience operating trucks and a Class A or B CDL without airbrake restrictions and a clean driving record
- A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a positive attitude
