Truck Driver Company - 1-5mo EXP Required - OTR - Dry Van - $1.4k per week

About the Role

Solo OTR drivers can average 2,000+ miles per week. Team drivers can average 5,500 miles per week with the Team Match program available for those without a partner. Sponsorship program available.

Pay

• Solo: $7,500 sign on bonus; guaranteed weekly minimum pay of $1,400 available; top 20% of OTR drivers earn $1,650+ weekly; 56–60 CPM based on experience and location
• Team: $10,000 sign on bonus split; $0.72–$0.80 CPM split starting pay; average $260,000 annually; top teams earn $300,000+ annually

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and 21 years or older
• 3 months of verifiable experience
• No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
• No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test
• No drug-related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL
• No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
• SAP drivers are not eligible for hire
