Hanes Geo Components (a division of Leggett & Platt) is seeking a CDL-B Local Delivery Driver to join our team in Vancouver, WA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct yourself as an agent of the company and deal with customers with proper care and attention
- Lift 75–100 pounds
- Maintain a clean and orderly workplace
- Read a tape measure
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor
Warehouse Duties
- Handle daily shipping and receiving of goods when not delivering
- Safely operate a forklift
- Load and unload trucks
- Accurately locate material in the warehouse
- Use the bar-coding system
- Apply inventory control methods
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor
Requirements
- Class B CDL License
- Cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to follow verbal and written work instructions
- Able to operate lift trucks
- Minimum 1-year verifiable truck driving experience
