Essential Functions
- Accurately pulling orders for delivery in a timely and safe manner.
- Properly and efficiently unloading cargo/trucks and checks with Supervisor upon completion for next delivery instruction/information.
- Properly and efficiently completing Pre/Post Vehicle Inspections on daily basis.
- Maintaining truck logs according to company policy and Federal/State regulations.
- Fueling, washing and maintaining vehicles as needed/required per Company policy.
- Maintaining contact with the Warehouse Manager as needed/required.
- Safely and accurately operating warehouse equipment at all times to load, unload, or disperse cargo and/or materials.
- Physically inspecting items for damage as needed and/or requested by the customer.
- Inspecting shipments/equipment as needed.
- Contacting his/her supervisor in the event a customer wants to make changes to a delivery.
- Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers.
- Keep commercial driver license up to date.
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers.
- May plan route to insure most economical use of time and equipment.
- Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
Requirements
- Class B Drivers License
- Must have clean driving record.
- Must provide a medical certificate.
- Must not have "Automatic Transmission Restriction" on license.
- This position requires the ability to drive a manual truck.

Work Environment
- Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions.
- Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration.
Physical Demands
- Frequent sitting, talking, and hearing.
- Constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 to 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position.
- Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours per week.

- Travel is primarily local during the business day.
