Responsibilities
- Operating trucks along the I5 corridor and other western states.
- Ensuring safe transportation of loads with well-maintained Kenworth trucks equipped with amenities like satellite radio, TV, fridge, microwave, inverter, and bunk heater.
- Managing mileage-based pay, including per diem, loading, tarping, detention, and incentive programs.
- Adhering to company philosophy of collaboration and contributing to the company’s success.
Qualifications And Skills
- Class A license with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to handle long-distance driving and cargo safety.
Key Duties
- Driving an average of 2,200 to 3,000 miles weekly.
- Maintaining vehicle condition and compliance.
- Participating in benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, pet rider program, and cell phone reimbursement.
